Essential Functions:
-Manage clients through effective communication and coordination of timely, high quality client service
-Prepare complex individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
-Review moderate to complex tax returns for businesses and individuals
-Serve as mentor to less experienced tax staff and interns
-Demonstrate competency in technical skills, work quality, and application of professional and firm standards
-Research technical tax issues and communicate findings and conclusion
-Collaborate with staff, seniors, managers, directors and partners
-Meet time constraints and client deadlines
-Desire for continuous learning and hunger to work in new areas
Minimum Qualifications:
-CPA
-Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
-At least five years’ experience in public accounting, demonstrating a progression in complexity of knowledge
-Communication skills and research experience
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and project tasks simultaneously
